     1300-1700   Check-in and Registration begins at the Gateway Inn onboard NAS Pensacola

     1800-2200   "Meet and Greet" in the Hospitality Room


WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11, 2012

     0730            Board trolleys for Sherman Field onboard NAS Pensacola
     0800            Arrive at Sherman Field - Home of the Blue Angels
     0830            Blue Angels practice show begins
     0830            Trolleys depart for autograph session if the Blue Angel practice is cancelled due to bad weather
     0920            Board trolleys for the short ride to the Naval Aviation Museum
     0930            Blue Angels autograph session in the Atrium of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1000            Tour of the National Flight Academy
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu

     1200            Guided tour of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1345            Free time to shop in the Museum Gift Shop
     1415            First trolley leaves for the Gateway
     1445            Second trolley leaves for the Gateway
     1515            Last trolley leaves for the Gateway


THURSDAY, APRIL 12, 2012

     0900            Group 1 boards trolleys for tour of Historic Downtown Pensacola and Veteran's Memorial Park
     0900            Group 2 boards trolleys for Air Survival School (May be another school if interferes with the Navy's mission)
     1030            Memorial Service at Veteran's Memorial Park with the NAS Pensacola Color Guard

     1130            Lunch at the Courtyard of North Hill

     1230            Group 2 boards trolleys for tour of Historic Downtown Pensacola
     1230            Group 1 boards trolleys for NAS Pensacola and Air Survival School
     1300            Group 1 tours Air Survival School (May be another school if interferes with the Navy's mission)
     1400            Group 1 and Group 2 stops at Fort Barrancas
     1500            Trolleys arrive back at the Gateway


FRIDAY, APRIL 13, 2012

     1700            Chief's Club Tiki Hut    Dress in comfortable attire    Finger foods will be served    Cash bar


SATURDAY, APRIL 14, 2012

     1630            Trolley shuttle to the Courtyard of North Hill
     1700            Cocktail hour at the Courtyard of North Hill
     1800            Banquet Dinner at the Courtyard of North Hill


SUNDAY, APRIL 15, 2012

     1100            Check-out
