CHARTER INFORMATION:

BEACH BUM TROLLEY, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE TROLLEYS.

CHARTER VEHICLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All rates are portal to portal. All times are strictly adhered to. There is a three (3) hour minimum charter. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $150.00 per hour. Please provide directions from major thoroughfares when sending final payment. Beach Bum Trolley, LLC rates do not include a driver's gratuity.

PAYMENT POLICY:

$100.00 deposit required per trolley to confirm service, unless credit has been approved. Make checks payable to Beach Bum Trolley LLC. All deposits are non-refundable. Confirmation will be based on availability at time deposit is received. Full payment is due two (2) weeks prior to date of service. Cancellations received within three (3) days of service will result in forfeiture of total charter rate.

APPLICATION OF CHARGES -

Rates and charges named herein apply on trips over first class roads such as paved, oiled macadam, or roads over which equipment can be operated at the time of movement without undue wear. If, during the trip, chartering party desires to change routing of trip, make extra side trips or extend trips, additional charges will be assessed and collected, based on availability at time of change.

LIABILITY FOR DELAYS -

Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather and other conditions beyond it's control. If, in the opinion of the carrier, conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service from point of origin or at any point en route, the carrier will not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damage for any reason whatsoever. Additional costs such as meals, lodging and transportation will in this respect become the responsibility of the chartering party.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS -

Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT -

Any damage to seats, windows or other equipment or part of the coach which is caused by any member of the chartering party, and the cost to the carrier for repairs, and loss of service, due to such damage will be paid by the chartering party. An additional fee of $200.00 will be charged if the trolley requires excessive cleaning after the charter.

MINOR RENTAL ADDENDUM - If this box is checked, the conditions outlined in this section must be met in order for the charter to be booked.

1. A parent of a chartering passenger must sign this contract.

2. The signee agrees to take responsibility of the passengers.

3. Beach Bum Trolley will be provided a list of passengers before departing from the pickup point.

4. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the transportation vehicle.

5. The Beach Bum Trolley driver will call roll from this list before departing from the pickup point and again before departing from the drop off point.

6. Beach Bum Trolley will ONLY pickup and drop off at contracted addresses.
