A fee of $100 is charged for this service on a typical reunion.
Large events are slightly higher.
Your Beach Bum Trolley Representative will consult with you and find out the parameters
of your event.
We will then make suggestions as to the lodging, catering, tours, airport transfers and
banquet facilities that fit within your budget.
A military reunion always includes a visit to the Museum of Naval Aviation on board NAS
Pensacola.
We will book a private tour for your group at no charge!
We will also schedule and obtain discount tickets at the IMAX Theatre.

For groups over 100, we can plan a memorial service complete with Color Guard and Chaplin
at Veteran's Memorial Park.
We ask that you consider making a donation to the Wall South Foundation (a private foundation)
to help defray the cost of maintaining Pensacola's Veteran Memorial Park.

If you need a large American flag for your hospitality room, we have them available on a
first come first serve basis.
We will be glad to loan you one, but ask that you consider making a donation to the Wall
South Foundation since they gave us the Flag!

We know all of the banquet facilities and how many people they can accommodate.
We have catering menus and can assist you in planning a banquet with a menu designed
especially for your group.
Want to go golfing or deep sea fishing.
